Our Achievements
NASERPP association is committed to all special needs childrens and including related other area under Right To Education. In which writ petition 1322016 is going on in the Supreme Court by Rajneesh Kumar Pandey President of NASERPP Association Through this Petition, attention has been drawn to all the requirements of Children with Needs. So far we have achieved the following successes Right To Education. In which writ petition 132 2016 is going on in the Supreme Court by Rajneesh Kumar Pandey President of NASERPP Association Through this Petition, attention has been drawn to all the requirements of Children with Needs. So far we have achieved the following successes 1 252 posts were created in the integrated school. 2 126 new posts were created by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. 3 Under the pressure of Honble Supreme Court survey verification was conducted with special teachers working in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. 4 On August 10 2017 the mandate on inclusive education was issued for the first time. 5 In the same order on January 22 2020 a mandate was issued on Inclusive Education in compliance with RPW Act 2016. In which contract has been ordered to recruit 287 special teachers.
